As a 3o-year commercial real estate professional. Bo has been involved in transactions ranging from 1,000 to 200,000 square feet, most recently including negotiations for an almost $550 million life science lease. Bo believes that to properly represent a tenant or a landlord, you need to understand what motivates both parties. So while he brings a focus primarily on tenant services, Bo has also served building owners, giving him a strong foundation on how to best serve both tenants and landlords.
